Trails & Transactions: The National Parks Are Closed Edition
Remember a few years back when COVID hit and even the National Parks were closed?
I remember pulling up to this sign and thinking… well, now what? Nothing made sense. Places that had always been there, always been open, suddenly weren’t. Plans changed. Rules changed. And nobody really knew what was coming next.
Sometimes the real estate market feels a little like that.
Rates are back over 7%. Some houses are flying off the market, while others are sitting. One price range may be moving quickly while another feels completely different. What worked six months ago may not be the right strategy today.
And just like traveling during those strange days, it doesn’t mean you stop. You adjust the plan.
Price matters. Condition matters. Location matters. Timing matters. And right now, having someone paying attention to what’s actually happening in our local market matters more than ever.
The trail may look a little confusing right now, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a way forward.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling, let’s talk about what the market is doing for your house, your price point, and your situation.
